"Ādi" is "first, source, origin." This project is the fruit of years of discovery and exploration of the range of sonorous and spiritual possibilities within the practice of mantra. This practice has become a cornerstone in my life, and I am very happy to be able to share part of my work with this practice.

There is one creative force, whose name is truth; the doer, transcendental; fearless and without enmity, this timeless form is beyond birth and death and is self-existing; we receive this blessing by moving towards greater awareness. This was true in the beginning, throughout the ages, and is true forevermore.
This is the root mantra of the Sikh faith. It connects us with our roots and our foundation. When we are well-grounded we can truly bloom.

I first heard this album in my yoga class, and I just fell in love with Manu's voice and the sweet melodies in his songs. I can picture myself sitting on a beach bar listening to this music and gazing at the sea, and it just makes me smile. rachelsabadell
