"Ādi" is "first, source, origin." This project is the fruit of years of discovery and exploration of the range of sonorous and spiritual possibilities within the practice of mantra. This practice has become a cornerstone in my life, and I am very happy to be able to share part of my work with this practice.

All is one; this truth is a blessing. This mantra reaffirms the oneness of all and our connection to and unity with spirit. We can know this connection and unity through the grace or blessings of a guru, which can be a person, a vision, a mantra, or a moment of clarity.
Allow yourself to dive deeply into the chant; this will bring great openness and expressivity.
--------------------------------------
Mudra to meditate on your own:
Easy pose, both hands at heart height in the form of a bowl, open to receive blessings. Eyes closed and attention on your receptive hands. Feel your heartbeat connected to the chant.
When the mantra finishes, slowly bring your hands over your heart and give yourself a moment to integrate.
Mudra to meditate with a partner:
Easy pose, your knees in contact with your partner's knees. Place your right hand at heart height, palm up. The outside pinky edge of your hand will be firmly in contact with the outside pinky edge of your partner's right hand, so that both hands together form a bowl, open to recieve blessings.
Allow your gaze to rest in your partner's gaze and keep your energy present. Place your left hand either on your own heart or on your partner's (they will do the same). Feel your hearts beating, connected with the chant.
When the mantra finishes, slowly bring your two hands over your own heart and close your eyes. Give yourself a moment to integrate. Give thanks to your partner.

Expresividad y apertura
Agradece a tu pareja.

I first heard this album in my yoga class, and I just fell in love with Manu's voice and the sweet melodies in his songs. I can picture myself sitting on a beach bar listening to this music and gazing at the sea, and it just makes me smile. rachelsabadell
